Meet Erin

After climbing the corporate ladder and scaling a 20+ band booking roster from the ground up, she took a hiatus to have a family. Our story isn't one of startup idealism; it’s built on the grit of the grind—tour managing, business consulting, and a deep understanding of what it takes to transform raw talent into a powerful, profitable brand.
